How to Generate an App Password

Use an app-specific password where required, not your usual account password. Provider policies and account plans determine which sign-in methods are available.

  1. Open your Google Account security settings and turn on 2-Step Verification.
  2. Open App Passwords under “How you sign in to Google”, or use the direct link below.
  3. Create an app password named “Shipping Bill Parser”.
  4. Copy the generated 16-character password (for example, abcd efgh ijkl mnop) into the software’s password prompt. Use your full Gmail or Workspace email address.

App passwords may be unavailable for managed work accounts, Advanced Protection, or security-key-only 2-Step Verification. Ask your Workspace administrator if the option is missing.

04 · WORK WITHOUT INTERRUPTION

Offline Mode

After successful authentication, the 7-day offline operational cache keeps local PDF parsing, document renaming and Excel updates available for up to seven days.

New email ingestion and online account or license checks still require a connection. Reconnect before the cache expires to refresh your verification.

PDFs, invoices and generated Excel data are processed locally. Read the Privacy Policy for cloud account and licensing data details.
