Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, registering on mrpallanti.in, or using the Indian Customs Shipping Bill Automation Suite ("the Software" or "Service"), you ("User", "Enterprise Client", or "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. License Grant: Subject to compliance with these terms, the Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and execute the Software solely for your internal export-import (EXIM) customs workflow.
2. Device Slot Limits:
   • Each registered SaaS license key permits activation on up to two (2) designated devices belonging to the registered enterprise or user account.
   • The Software collects a cryptographic hardware identifier (Hardware ID / HWID derived from the Windows Registry MachineGuid) to enforce license slot binding.
   • De-registering or transferring a device slot can be performed via the user portal at https://mrpallanti.in/portal or by contacting support.
3. Restrictions:
   • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent license authentication mechanisms.
   • You may not rent, lease, sub-license, resell, or redistribute the Software to third parties without prior written consent from Pallanti Naveen.

1. Local Processing Architecture:
   • The Software operates as a hybrid desktop client. Email inspection (via Microsoft Outlook MAPI or Universal IMAP) and PDF table parsing occur locally on your computer.
   • Your commercial invoice numbers, client names, shipping bill details, duty drawback (DBK) claims, IGST refunds, and RoDTEP values are extracted directly into your local Excel spreadsheets and are never transmitted, stored, or sold to any external third-party server.
2. Cloud Authentication:
   • The Software connects to https://mrpallanti.in solely to authenticate user accounts, verify license validity, check offline grace periods (up to 7 days), and inspect software version updates.

1. Customs & Regulatory Compliance:
   • The Software is an operational productivity and data-formatting tool. It does not replace the legal responsibilities of the Exporter, Custom House Agent (CHA), or Authorized Economic Operator (AEO).
   • You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of Duty Drawback (DBK), IGST, RoDTEP, FOB values, exchange rates, and freight entries with official ICEGATE portal records before filing financial or tax returns.
2. "As-Is" Warranty:
   • The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
3. Limitation of Liability:
   • In no event shall Pallanti Naveen or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of customs refunds, penalty levies by Indian Customs/DGFT, ICEGATE downtime, or data corruption.

All rights, title, copyright, and interest in and to the Software (including algorithms, source code, deduplication engines, documentation, and the mrpallanti.in platform) are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pallanti Naveen.

This agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India (including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872). Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
