We use cloud-collected data exclusively for:

  1. Authentication: Verifying your authorized identity during desktop login.
  2. License Enforcement: Ensuring adherence to the 2-device binding limit per license.
  3. Offline Grace Periods: Providing a 7-day offline operational cache so customs operations are uninterrupted during network outages.
  4. Product Updates: Alerting you to new versions and patches released on GitHub.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • We do NOT sell, lease, or rent your data: Your personal details and enterprise trade data will never be sold to marketing or advertising networks.
  • Service Providers: Cloud data is hosted on secure enterprise database infrastructure with SSL encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose account metadata only if strictly required under Indian law (e.g. valid court orders or directives issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000).

5. Security & Data Protection

  1. Encryption: All communication between the desktop application and https://mrpallanti.in is transmitted over Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / SSL).
  2. Password Security: Passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed using cryptographic salt and SHA-256 before storage.
  3. Local Sovereignty: Because trade documents remain on your local storage drive, you retain 100% control over document retention, backups, and deletion.
